The AW305A is a 32-bit SoC integrating Bluetooth and voice module, supporting BLE6.0 + 2.4GHz-Proprietary. It supports single-microphone calls, Class-D differential direct-drive speaker (or mono DAC with external amplifier output), featuring high integration, low latency, and low power consumption. It can be powered by an optional 3.7V lithium battery or 3.0V button battery (or two AA batteries), primarily promoting Bluetooth Smart single-mode voice solutions.

Widely used in BLE intercoms and other toys with voice functions.
